2. Jumbo bags

Features of Jumbo Bags:

Jumbo bags are made from coated woven PP fabric: 160gr/m2 body fabric + 27gr/m2 coated fabric.
Jumbo bags with bottom loading and discharge tubes are a popular bag style for storing starch because they create a sense of closure when packing and discharging goods. Limit powder flying out, keep the factory environment clean.
Baffle bags are sewn. All seams of jumbo starch bags are sewn by specialized anti-leak cushioning threads, ensuring straight, beautiful seams. Anti-leakage thread is sewn on the outside of all seams ( intake tube, body, bottom and exhaust pipe ) which not only ensures aesthetics but is also extremely sturdy, improving the effectiveness of leak-proofing and preventing goods from leaking.
Jumbo bags containing flour always have 4 lifting straps to serve packing and transporting the bag.
Jumbo bags containing flour are usually white and can be flexo printed in 1 – 4 colors on 1 or 2 sides of the bag.
Jumbo bag with tube body, sewn with a system of 4 anti-bulge partitions inside with PP fabricand cut out round holes. The design helps the bag stay vertical when storing goods inside, and can completely overlap 2-3 layers while still ensuring safety and saving
warehouse space.
Jumbo with filling tube and discharge bottom is a type of bag mainly used to store flour.
The filling tube will be connected to the hopper/tube of the device when packing. The discharge bottom will be connected to the device when discharging. Thus, the process of packing and discharging goods is completely closed.
Jumbo packaging for tapioca starch is produced according to strict procedures for food containers, excess threads are checked and cut neatly, cutting edges are used for thermal cutting, guaranteed not to fray, and have a rinsing/rinsing system. Blow the bag to ensure there are no foreign objects such as mold or hair before packaging.
